Shipping:

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders to the Continental United States.  We ship very quick.  Most orders ship within 24 hours, and 98% ship within 48 hours.  Currently we offer no standard shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico but will quote on a special order basis.  Please email us at Service@EaselStore.com for a custom quote.

If you've seen a product, that you want to purchase, at a lower price on another site then just let us know and we'll match it. We'll probably change it on our site too so future shoppers can enjoy no hassle lower prices. Here's how it works. Call us at the number on the top of our web site during normal business hours and let us know that you'd like to place a Price Match Order. Be prepared to direct us to the product on the competitor's site so we can check it out. We'll review it while you're on the phone and then help you to place the order at the lowest price. Exclusions: Of course, there are always exclusions. • Price Match Orders must be placed by phone during normal business hours: It's just the quickest way. Call us and we'll check the site and we can place your order right away. • Price Matching is only offered on items before an order has been placed: If you need to Price Match then CALL US BEFORE YOU ORDER. Returns, Exchange and Restocking Conditions

Products purchased from EaselStore.com come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange a return for you less the cost of the original shipping. Please contact us at Returns@EaselStore.com to arrange the return of the item.  Products must be returned in new (untested, unused and resalable) condition, in the original packaging of the manufacturer, including all accessories, components of the kits, instruction manuals and promotional items.  Products must be returned with prepaid shipping, insured for full value of the product and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Restocking:

EaselStore.com does not charge a restocking fee for the return of untested, unopened and unused items if returned within 30 days. The item must be returned in a condition that will allow EaselStore.com to resell it.  We reserve the right to refuse credit for any item that has been damaged, used or misused.  We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns of damaged, opened or used products.

The restocking fee may be waived if you place a replacement order of equal or greater value at our online store at the time of return, not necessarily for the same item.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange an exchange for you. Please contact us at Returns@EaselStore.com to arrange the exchange of the item within 30 days of purchase. If your BEST easel arrives with a defect or missing parts please contact us at Service@EaselStore.com, All attempts will be made to replace the defective part speedily and efficiently.  If we are unable to replace the defective/missing part to your satisfaction we will arrange a return.

Pricing and Availability

EaselStore.com does not hold any liability from orders created due to typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without providing a specific reason. Furthermore EaselStore.com reserves the right to revoke any offer and correct any omission, error, or inaccuracy, whether or not an order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card charged. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and EaselStore.com is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained therein.
